Tech Corps Wisconsin, Inc. is pleased to announce the latest effort in its continued support of children in the state and specifically within the Southeast Wisconsin area with the announcement of a project for St. Peter's Lutheran School and Rainbow Preschool.
"We are helping the school with this project by supplying twelve Pentium complete refurbished desktop systems and three laser printers. We will install the computers and network them together with network hubs, and patch cables" said Michael Pitsch--State Coordinator for Tech Corps Wisconsin, Inc. May 19, is the target date for the installation of the computers at the school at 145 S. Sixth Street in Waterford.

"The computers will be used for curricular purposes", said school board member Christine Kampe.

This project is a continued experiment in re-defining how education is delivered to our children, wherever they are, to better prepare them to meet the challenges of their futures. The collaborative nature of the project includes a number of public and private businesses throughout Southeast Wisconsin who provided the donations and the volunteers who are completing the work.
"We are pleased to have been asked to participate in this venture to help make a difference in the futures of our children" said Pitsch.
