2003

January

We provide 21 Pentium II computer systems to the Pegasus Project at the YMCA tower.

 We provide the first twelve computers, out of 30 total, to the Winslow PCFF project.

February

We continue refurbishing operations and PCFF deployments.

March

We continue refurbishing operations and PCFF deployments.

April

We continue refurbishing operations and PCFF deployments.

May

We continue refurbishing operations and PCFF deployments.

We provide  twenty-four refurbished Pentium II desktop computer systems, one notebook computer and three laser printers to create a computer lab in the library at St. John's Lutheran School in Racine. We will also wire the network to connect the computers together.

We provide  six refurbished Pentium desktop computer systems, a network hub and a laser printer to create a computer lab in the Searching Together Missionary Baptist Church in Racine. We will also wire the network to connect the computers together.

June

We complete the PCFF program with 319 units delivered.

We provide two PII computers to the Racine Youth Leadership Academy

We provide one PII laptop to the Appleton East High School Girls Swim and Dive team.

We provide one PII laptop to the Appleton West High School Girls Swim and Dive team and three PII laptops to the Appleton West High School Special Ed department.

We provide a six computer peer to peer network with laser printer and network hub to the Racine Urban League.


August

We provide 30 Dell PII computers and six LJ4 printers to the San Juan Diego school in Racine

We proide 63 Compaq PII computers and one laptop the St. Mark’s school in Kenosha
 

September

We provide The Racine Theater Guild three P III refurbished computers systems.

October

We provide New Omega Baptist Church with three P II computer systems with printers.

We provide Racine Urban League of Kenosha and Racine with six P I computer systems.

November

We continued refurbishing operations

December

We prepare thirty-two P I computer systems to go to Johannesburg, South Africa.

Started preparing computer systems for PCs for Employee program.

 

 

 


2004 and Beyond


  Refurbishing operations will continue on a weekly basis on the computer systems. These systems are the basis for most of the projects that we do. Mike Pitsch and our new Vista volunteers, will continue to spread awareness of Tech Corps Wisconsin at every opportunity. We will recruit more task force members and establish a regular meeting schedule. We continue the search for a State Chairperson. We will continue to recruit and place Vista volunteers. We will continue to work on Board of Directors development.
